Information in English
Welcome to our general practitioner (GP) doctor’s office in the heart of Munich. Our practice treats a large variety of diseases and is easily accessible by public transport.
INFORMATION ABOUT CONSULTATION-HOURS
As a rule, you always make an appointment.
We would be happy if you could choose the right appointment directly online.
URGENT CASES
– Sick leave without an appointment: If you only need a certificate of incapacity for work for a mild infectious disease (e.g. a cold), you can come to the practice in the morning without an appointment. A doctor will meet you briefly between two appointments to determine your illness. A further examination (e.g. listening to the lungs) is not scheduled and may have to take place at a different time.
– Daily emergency consultation-hours: If you think that an urgent examination is necessary due to the severity of your illness, please first try to book a suitable appointment online. If this is not possible or there are no more appointments available for the same day, our daily emergency consultation is available from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please come to the practice by 11:30 a.m. at the latest. Please note that this may result in longer waiting times.
– Afternoons: Brief initial assessment only:
In the afternoon—after our lunch break—consultations are available by appointment only.
We are, of course, here to assist in critical situations. Please note that in the afternoon, we can only provide a brief initial assessment. Based on this, we will decide whether scheduling you for our regular emergency care the next day is sufficient or if an immediate referral to emergency services, the hospital, or the public on-call emergency service is necessary.
The practice door will remain closed in the afternoon. Please ring the bell if you have an appointment or are experiencing a critical emergency.
NEW PATIENTS
Please note that we do not accept new patients for primary care during periods of high occupancy. However, the „open appointment hours“ and care in urgent emergencies are available to everyone.
We always publish the current situation on our front page (LINK).
